COVID-19 Safety guidelines

  • We are currently scheduling only one client per employee at a time with sanitation time between each appointment.

  • Only those receiving services may enter the salon. No additional guests will be allowed unless accompanying a minor or someone in need of assistance.

  • Everyone MUST wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times. If you are receiving hair services your mask must loop around the ears. If you don't have one, they will be available to purchase.

  • All clients MUST complete a health screening questionnaire within 24 hours of their appointment. It will be sent with your reminder email the day before your appointment and is available here for easy access.

  • Should you, or anyone in your household, feel sick we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We will be waiving all cancellation fees at this time. Our priority is to guarantee the safest environment possible.

  • When you arrive for your appointment stay in your car. Call the salon or text your service provider to let us know you have arrived and we will invite you in when we’re ready.

  • When it is time for you to enter the salon only bring the necessities in with you. This means your keys, phone, and payment (card or NFC payment is preferred).

  • Before you enter your temperature will be checked with a no-touch thermometer. Any clients with temperature readings of 100 degrees or higher will need to leave and reschedule their services.

  • Once in the salon sanitize and/or wash your hands. Hand sanitizer will be available for use during and following your service.

  • Refrain from touching available retail items. Ask an employee for help and we will be happy to grab whatever you need for you.

Our Actions

You won't be the only ones wearing masks! We have also placed barriers up between service stations and shampoo bowls to provide extra protection for our clients and staff. Expect to see us regularly wiping down all communal areas. We will be reserving time between each client to properly sanitize and disinfect our service area and tools. We will not be offering drinks or snacks at this time.
