During the consultation, price will be determined. Length and color are discussed and a match is made to create your desired results within your current hair color. Pictures of styles can be brought to the artist to show them the idea of what you would like. This consultation is your opportunity to ask questions, decide if it is something you would like to go ahead with, and raise any concerns you have regarding the fitting or maintenance of hair extensions. *A consult is REQUIRED prior to the initial extension service. At the time of the consultation a deposit will be required to secure the extension application and special order the extensions.*
As a courtesy, we do confirm your appointment by email 48 hours prior and by text 24 hours prior, based on contact setting you have allowed. Please understand that it is your responsibility to reach out to reschedule, should you need to, in order to avoid cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call or go online and double check any upcoming appointments you may have if you’re unsure. Cancellation Policy Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and work to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Any appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours or are "no-showed" are subject to cancellation fees, as follows. We reserve the right to charge $25.00 of the scheduled service amount for appointments cancelled within this time frame. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service amount for appointments that are deemed a "no-show". We do understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. If you or anyone in your household is sick please reschedule your appointment. Tardiness Policy If you find that you are running late for an appointment, we ask that you call as we may need to reschedule you or make changes to your requested service, to be fair to other scheduled clients. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you without upsetting the flow of our day.
